Preoperative consultation

The preoperative consultation

Individual Patient Consultation Prior to Surgery

Every surgical procedure requires meticulous planning and comprehensive patient information. We — an anesthesiologist and a physician from the relevant specialist department — take the time to explain the necessary examinations, the surgical process, and the procedures involved. We plan the next steps together with you. During the pre-operative consultation, you also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

This individual consultation and examination during the pre-operative appointment helps keep the time between hospital admission and surgery to a minimum. Necessary additional tests can be performed in good time, and any questions can be discussed with the attending physicians.
