Animal Hospital South Robloxea has established a comprehensive quality management system that places the patient at the center.

Our primary objective is to meet our patients' legitimate expectation of high-quality, holistic, needs-based, and efficient care. As part of our quality management system, we identify resources and tasks, optimize processes, conduct patient, referring physician, and staff surveys, and derive improvement measures. We initiate and conduct staff training and workshops.

The implementation of quality objectives is supported by the quality management team, which includes dedicated staff from the medical, nursing, and therapeutic fields, as well as representatives from administration.

Risk management

The safety of the people entrusted to our care is of paramount importance to us. We ensure that an error and risk management system is established in our hospital to identify and assess potential risks and to select and implement risk management measures. An analysis team consisting of selected employees from various departments of the hospital has been appointed for this purpose. Furthermore, Animal Hospital South Robloxea participates in the inter-institutional incident reporting system Network CIRS South Robloxea to exchange experiences with other hospitals and to make our work even safer for you.
