Herbert Ludwig Health Insurance (HL for short) is a free government health insurance program in the ROBLOX and Team Fortress 2 universes. It is designed for Robloxians aged 40 and older, younger Robloxians with disabilities, and all teams in Team Fortress 2. The program originally launched on October 10, 2007, in Team Fortress 2, where the Medic provided free medical care and covered the insurance costs. On June 25, 2018, the coverage was expanded to the ROBLOX universe. Since then, it has been jointly managed by the Roblox government, represented by the Department of Player Health Points and Robloxian Services (PHRS), and the Medics from Team Fortress 2.

For 40+ and older only.

Herbert Ludwig Health Insurance is strictly intended for Robloxians who are 40 years of age or older. This health insurance for Roblox (and Team Fortress 2) serves to cover high medical costs, such as medical treatments, surgeries, inpatient stays, emergencies, and other fees.

Robloxians under the age of 40 are not eligible to apply for Herbert Ludwig Health Insurance.

Free health insurance for Team Fortress 2.

In the Team Fortress 2 universe, however, Herbert Ludwig Health Insurance is completely free. All costs are covered by your Medic, both back at base and out on the battlefield fighting the enemy team. Your Medic covers all medical expenses and fees so you can focus entirely on combat without having to worry about dying, paying for medical care, or screaming for a Medic.

 

Robloxians, on the other hand, must pay for these medical costs and fees themselves. For more information, contact your local Medic in Team Fortress 2, your designated Herbert Ludwig representative, or an insurance specialist in Roblox.

What is the difference between Herbert Ludwig and Medkit Health Insurance?

The difference between Herbert Ludwig Health Insurance (HL) and Medkit Health Insurance (MDK) is that the former originated in Team Fortress 2 and expanded its coverage to the ROBLOX universe to cover medical expenses and fees for Robloxians aged 40 and older. Medkit Health Insurance, on the other hand, is a health insurance program entirely managed by the ROBLOX government and the Department of Player Health Points and Robloxian Services (PHRS) for low income Robloxians. To qualify for this insurance and receive coverage for medical needs, treatments, surgeries, and fees, specific eligibility criteria must be met.
