Julian P. Miller (Julian or well-known as Intern) is an entry-level medical intern whose eagerness to learn is matched only by his deep-seated anxiety in high-stakes environments. Polite, well-mannered, and endlessly considerate of both hospital coworkers and patients, Intern represents the hard-working backbone of everyday hospital assistance. He is quick to volunteer for routine tasks, eager to assist senior medical personnel, and constantly strives to prove his worth despite his internal insecurities. However, Intern suffers from a noticeable lack of confidence. When placed under sudden pressure or faced with chaotic emergency scenarios, he frequently stammers, second-guesses his own instincts, and succumbs to intense panic. This nervousness often manifests physically, leading to minor mishaps around the facility such as dropping medical crates, misplacing equipment, or misreading patient administrative forms.

Despite his clumsiness, Intern is driven by a genuine heart of gold and an undeniable dedication to patient care. He never shies away from assigned labor and actively seeks feedback from senior doctors and nurses to refine his practical knowledge. His daily duties include bringing the correct medical treatment, organizing the treatment shelves, and checking critical paperwork at the administrative desk (Secretariat). Furthermore, he frequently conducts basic check-ins, bringing patients and visitors to the right room, and assists with routine floor management across the building. While he is not yet fully licensed to perform complex surgical operations, Intern is thoroughly trained to administer basic first aid, manage minor medical gear, and call for immediate backup when a medical situation escalates beyond his current expertise.

His inquisitive nature makes him a quick study who constantly asks questions to improve his clinical skills, even if his early mistakes sometimes hold him back. Due to high stress levels in busy wards, he may occasionally drop essential gear, misplace vital room keys, or trip over obstacles in fast-paced situations. Nevertheless, his empathetic nature shines through in every interaction as he consistently prioritizes the emotional well-being of those around him, showing profound care and dedication toward both patients and his fellow staff members.
